I'm here to help you heal and get the best results from your sport. We start with an initial meeting to assess your injury or medical condition, fitness level and goals. Based on this assessment I will create a personalised training plan for you. The training plan includes a fortnightly online follow-up meeting with me to review our goals. And with just a few clicks you can easily track your progress, compare measurements and record your progress. I will provide detailed instructions and demonstrations for each exercise and will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Minimum term of stay: 3 months. Let's go together!
