Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own habits for a fitness life!
This online program is tailored to your needs and goals and is designed for your fitness journey. With just a few clicks, you can easily track your progress, compare measurements and record your progress.
The training plan includes a fortnightly online follow-up meeting with me to review our goals.
We start with an initial meeting to assess your fitness level, goals and any special considerations such as injuries or medical conditions. Based on this assessment, I'll create a personalised training plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I'll give you detailed instructions and demonstrations for each exercise and be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Minimum term of stay: 3 months.
