With just a few clicks, you can easily track your progress, compare measurements and record your progress. The training plan includes a fortnightly online follow-up meeting with me to review our goals. We start with an initial meeting to assess your fitness level, goals and any special considerations such as injuries or medical conditions. Based on this assessment, I'll create a personalised training plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. I'll give you detailed instructions and demonstrations for each exercise and be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Minimum term of stay: 3 months. Let's go together!
