The training plan includes a fortnightly online follow-up meeting with me to review our goals. We start with an initial meeting to assess your fitness level, goals and any special considerations such as injuries or medical conditions. Based on this assessment I will create a personalised training plan to help you achieve your sporting goals. I will provide detailed instructions and demonstrations for each exercise and will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Minimum term of stay: 3 months. Let's go together!
